I’m Bhupinder Sandhu- a mindfulness coach, mental health advocate, author, and speaker who doesn’t just talk about wellbeing…I walk it.
Literally.
Over the last two years, I’ve walked more than 1,000 miles across the UK- from London to Edinburgh, Cardiff, Brighton, and soon Paris; not for sport, but to spark conversations around mental health, burnout, and the silent struggles so many people carry.
I’ve delivered keynotes in the UK Parliament, supported over 5,000 individuals during the pandemic, and been featured on BBC, GB News, and a 10-part mindfulness TV series. But more than titles and features, I bring real life experience; from the boardroom to the walking path; and an ability to connect with people wherever they are.
My message is simple and powerful:
“We all need space to breathe, reflect, and reset. Mindfulness is not a luxury. It’s how we survive and thrive in today’s world.”
