Mia Hanks

Mia Hanks Profile Photo

I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse. I was married to a covert narcissist for 29 years and in 2024 I published an award winning memoir titled Bride-Made. I am passionate about raising awareness about NPD and I hope that my story can help other victims find their voices.

“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.” — Rikki Rogers

“You are not the darkness you endured. You are the light that refused to surrender.” ― John Mark Green

“From every wound, there is a scar, and every scar tells a story. A story that says, -I survived.” ― Fr. Craig Scott
